1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing and delivery may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order volume, and will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation call prior to the shipment and scheduled delivery date.


4. Cut-Off Times for Delivery Processing

Orders placed after the cut-off times will be processed for the next available delivery day.


5. Discounts & Promotions

Orders totaling SCR 2,500 or more qualify for free delivery.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Ipanema Seychelles is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the customer's responsibility.


7. Damages & Lost Items

Ipanema Seychelles is not liable for any goods that are damaged or lost during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the delivery carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure that all packaging materials and damaged items are retained as evidence for your claim.
