Yes! We are the official online retailer store for Ipanema in Seychelles. All of our items are genuine and authentic. 

Are Ipanema footwear eco-friendly?                                                             

All products are recyclable and vegan friendly - no animal products are used.

 What method of payment is accepted? 

We accept debit or credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).                                                                             

We also accept payment via bank transfer within 24 hours of the order.   

What happens after I make a debit/credit card payment?

You will receive an automatic email confirming your order. 

What if I choose to do a bank transfer? 

You will receive an automatic email advising you to make a transfer payment to our bank account within 24 hours. It is important to include your Name and Order# in the transaction description.  

What happens once I make the bank transfer? 

We will send you a payment confirmation by email. 

Do you deliver?

Yes! we contract with third party delivery services and their fees vary on the delivery location. For more information on delivery, please go to Delivery Policy

Do you deliver to Praslin & La Digue?

Yes we do. 

When do you deliver? 

For Mahe, the deliveries are every Tuesdays and Thursday and the delivery person will be contacting you. 

For Praslin & La Digue, the deliveries are every Friday and we will send you an SMS with your tracking number. 

Do you have an exchange policy? 

Yes, we accept exchange on any unworn item in its original packaging within 2 business days of purchase with receipt. The exchange must be equal to the purchase price. Cash non-refundable. Please call us on 2 637 921.
