In-Store and Online Purchase Return Policy
We offer a 2-business day exchange policy for items purchased in-store. This means you must request an exchange within 2 business days of the purchase date.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

All tags must be attached and the original packaging must be intact.

You must provide the receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Exchange Procedure
To request an exchange, please bring the item to our Victoria outlet at:
Unit 28, O.J Market Mall, Market Street, Victoria, Mahé
Shop 13, City Mall, Quincy Street, Victoria, Mahé
All returned items will be inspected before approval. We reserve the right to approve or decline the exchange based on the condition of the product. If the exchange is denied, we will inform you of the reason.

Exchanges are only allowed for wrong sizes.

The exchange must be for an item of equal value to the original purchase price.

Cash refunds are not offered.

Items must be returned within 2 business days, in original condition, with packaging and receipt.
Note: eGift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Please inspect your item upon receipt. If you notice any defect, damage, or an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
